Is the sharing economy a paradigm shift? How does it disrupt established industries? What does the sharing economy mean for urban development? We are glad to be able to discuss these and other questions at the conference and to present our work from the i-share project.

What characterizes the organization and the management of ‘postgrowth organizations' (PGOs)? Is it possible to turn traditional organizations into PGOs? What are the limits and prospects of PGOs in the transformation of capitalism? If you are working on one of these (or various other) questions, you should read this call for papers for a special issue of "Management Revue".

The aim of this workshop is to bring together research and researchers from different backgrounds and disciplines in order to gain a better understanding of each perspective, its peculiarities, research focus and main insights as well as the blind spots related to each perspective; secondly, to stimulate academic discourse across perspectives, identify commonalities and differences as well as areas of complementarities; thirdly, to develop a comprehensive picture and common understanding of the sharing economy phenomenon.
