Benedikt Franke, age 31, is one of the Co-Founders of Helpling. He is responsible for marketing, finance and human resources. In 2008, after graduating with a European and International Business degree from ESCP London/EGADE Monterrey Mexico, he worked as an associate at BCG. He then worked as Chief Operations Officer at MyCityDeals UK (now Groupon), as Head of Human Resources at Rocket Internet and consulted several startups. In this time he saw that being an entrepreneur is a lifestyle choice, not just a job, and that this would be his path. In early 2010, Benedikt together with Philip Huffman, the second Co-Founder of Helpling, started a company of their own, the Latin American Media Group, which is a advertising network of premium lifestyle bloggers. Benedikt supports various startup founders as an angel investor.
